Shipping - Returns - FAQs

Once placed, orders are made to order and take approximately 3 to 4 days to complete.

If I‘m able to, I will fast track an emergency order upon request.

Shipping options are available at checkout and ship from France.

There are three options Depending where you live - Domestic to France, International to Europe, and International Global.

There are also three options to ship - Standard (EU only, partial tracking) Express (all countries, full tracking) courier (all countries, full tracking).

Choose which option applies to you at checkout. Once I’ve completed the order and shipped, I’ll email you a link with the tracking info.

I will need your phone number please via mail or message for all express shipping services.

All parcels shipping outside the European Union are shipped Express with full tracking.

In some countries and states there is an import tax that varies from approximately 15% to 20%  of the product price that is usually payable by the buyer to the carrier. I don’t fully understand it myself as it’s complicated, but please be aware and check if you’re not sure about import taxes in your region.

I take great pride in my unique designs and every piece goes through a rigorous process of quality control before I ship anything as it’s important to me you receive a good quality item you will enjoy.

If you want to return something, in the unlikely event there is a problem or just decided it’s not for you, I’ll refund it. Please don’t hesitate to contact me and I’ll help you with the process.

you have 30 days after delivery to let me know And I’ll refund or exchange the item.

If there is an issue with the piece after the 30 days date, no problem, contact me and I’ll sort it out if there is reasonable cause.

If you are returning something, as soon as I receive it back, i’ll immediately issue a refund. 

You can cancel an order you’ve placed any time up to the point before being shipped, approximately three to four days (the processing time)

What are they made of?

The head pieces are made from a very durable epoxy clay, steel wire, and fibre optics coming from a small LED unit in the hub.

Are they strong enough to wear to a festival or club?

Yes, all the pieces are made from tested materials and durable. They can be adjusted to shape the head and face contours.

Can you change the LED?

Yes, the LED unit is located in the hub and is interchangeable. Info in the listing.

Can I make changes?

Absolutely! If you’d like it another colour or slightly different to accommodate an outfit, piercings, or other reason, please contact me and i’ll be happy to help.

Can they be made for the left side?

Yes, all the asymmetrical pieces are made by default on the right side, but can be for the left side if requested.

All symmetrical pieces can be used on either side of the face.

Are shipping times accurate?

The shipping times I’ve stated are a good approximation based on 12 years of shipping parcels all over the world.

There can occasionally be delays at customs (usually a day or two as it clears) a delay with the carrier processing, or some other unforeseen reason. These delays aren’t the norm, so my delivery estimates are confident but not guaranteed.

I will help and advise at every step of the process if there is a delay or shipping problem.
